With this link, you can invite your friends and colleagues who are interested in taking on assignments with Explore Med. As an added incentive, you can offer them a $500 signing bonus for their first assignment, showcasing the value of joining our team. Once they become part of our team through your Ambassador page, they’re forever your referral. For every assignment they complete with us, you’ll receive $1,000 in compensation, ensuring a lifelong partnership that benefits both you and your referrals.
But that’s not all! As a Nurse Empowerment Alliance Ambassador, you’ll also gain access to your personalized backend dashboard. This powerful tool allows you to track your referrals, monitor assignments in progress, and forecast your future earnings with ease.
The beauty of our program is its flexibility. There’s no rush for your referrals to begin their assignments; whether it’s in a week, six months, a year, or even longer, they’ll remain your referral, and you’ll continue to be compensated accordingly.

To participate in the Nurse Empowerment Alliance Ambassador program, individuals must be licensed nurses in Canada.
Can I participate in the Ambassador program if I’m not currently working as a nurse?
We are currently only accepting nurses who are licensed to practice in Canada. We will be accepting US candidates in the near future.
The Nurse Empowerment Alliance Ambassador program is a referral program designed for licensed nurses who wish to promote Explore Med Staffing Solutions to their friends and colleagues in the nursing profession.
Upon signing up for the program, licensed nurses receive a unique referral link to the Explore Med website. They can share this link with potential candidates interested in taking assignments with Explore Med. For each successful referral, Ambassadors receive a referral fee.
No, ambassadors are not required to be employed by Explore Med nor are they required to take any assignments.
Ambassadors receive a referral fee of $1,000 for each successful referral upon completion of each contract. The fee is based on a standard 13-week contract. If the contract is less than 13 weeks, the fee will be prorated accordingly.
Payments are made immediately upon completion of the contract via direct deposit or cheque, according to the Ambassador’s preference.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more successful referrals you make, the more you can earn.
Ambassadors have access to a personalized backend dashboard where they can track their referrals, monitor assignments in progress, and view their earnings.
No, self-referrals are not eligible for the Ambassador program. Referrals must be external candidates who have not previously been in contact with Explore Med Staffing Solutions.
