Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Nurse Empowerment Alliance Ambassador program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Ambassador Agreement:**

- As an Ambassador, you are appointed as an independent contractor to promote Explore Med Staffing Solutions to potential candidates seeking nursing assignments.

- You agree to represent Explore Med Staffing Solutions in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

**2. Referral Compensation:**

- For each successful referral you make that results in a candidate accepting an assignment with Explore Med Staffing Solutions, you will receive a referral fee of $1,000 upon completion of each assignment.

- Referral compensation is based on a standard 13-week contract. If a contract is less than 13 weeks, compensation will be prorated accordingly.

- If an assignment is not completed for any reason, you will still be compensated for the amount of time completed in the assignment.

**3. Payment Terms:**

- Payments will be made immediately upon completion of the contract via direct deposit or cheque, whichever option you prefer.

- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information to ensure timely compensation.

- You are responsible for your own income tax obligations arising from the referral compensation received.

**4. Referral Tracking:**

- Explore Med Staffing Solutions will provide you with access to a personalized backend dashboard where you can track your referrals, monitor assignments in progress, and view your earnings.

**5. Confidentiality:**

- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared with you by Explore Med Staffing Solutions, including but not limited to client information, pricing, and marketing strategies.

**6. Termination:**

- Explore Med Staffing Solutions reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason with or without cause.

- You may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to Explore Med Staffing Solutions.

**7. Amendments:**

- Explore Med Staffing Solutions reserves the right to make amendments or addenda to this contract at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to you in writing.

**8. Indemnification:**

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Explore Med Staffing Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or representations as an Ambassador.

**9. Governing Law:**

- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**10. Entire Agreement:**

- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Explore Med Staffing Solutions with respect to the Ambassador program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

**By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.**
